To obtain a Master Reseller License to the 30 High Quality PSD Templates Resell Pak, you must either purchase this package from templatedeals.com or purchase our package from one of our licensed authorized master resellers. You must agree to abide by all terms specified on our Master Reseller License Agreement and register with templatedeals.com regardless of where you purchased this package from. Registration is required to protect our interests, and assist's in buyer and seller confidence. The seller knows without a doubt that they have sold or will sell a product they have the Master Resell Rights to, and the buyer knows that they are purchasing from an Authorized Master Reseller who is selling a legitimate package. Registration is free. After registering you will receive your Official Reseller Seal that you will need to place on each website, or any auctions where you list this package for sale. Every website and auction ID you plan on selling from must be registered individually. As a master reseller of the 30 High Quality PSD Templates Resell Pak, you must: 1) List this full MASTER RESELLER LICENSE AGREEMENT on your a) Auctions b) WebSite or c) Provide a working link on your offering page to this agreement. 2) Specifically direct your customers to read and agree to these terms and conditions as to not mislead your potential customers; and make sure your potential buyers understand that they need to register and receive an Official Reseller Seal before they are permitted to begin reselling this package. 3) Refer all of your purchasers to http://www.templatedeals.com/rf/index.php?product_id=3 where they can register to receive an Official Reseller Seal from templatedeals.com. No one is licensed to sell the 30 High Quality PSD Templates Resell Pak without registering first as an Authorized Master Reseller and obtaining a seal. 4) Register each Website and Auction ID you plan on selling the 30 High Quality PSD Templates Resell Pak from, and recieve a seperate seal for each. 5) Place your Official Reseller Seal on any pages you intend to sell the package from. 6) Provide your buyers with your a) Authorized Reseller Registration ID: b) Authorized Reseller Passcode, and c) Authorized Reseller Zipcode only after they've purchased the package from you. They won't be able to register without this information. (Don't ever post your Authorized Reseller Passcode, or Authorized Reseller Zipcode on any of your auctions or ads.) Other Specific Terms: You can't provide this package for FREE or as a bonus to anyone at anytime. You can sell the templates in this package individually if you are offering to customize these for your customers and you must charge a minimum of $5.00 USA Dollars for each template.You can't sell the templates in this package individually with resell rights of any kind. You can't sell the templates exclusively since you don't own the designs and others will be selling the templates and this package as well. You are not allowed to include the 30 High Quality PSD Templates Resell Pak with or in any other packages of items. This package must be sold as an individual package. This package or its contents can be provided on CD for your buyers. You can also add your own BONUSES to this package when you resell it if you wish. They must clearly be described as BONUSES so that buyers can see clearly and understand that it's not part of the original package. This package may be included in a membership site provided your members follow all the terms of the master reseller license agreement. If they don't you may be held responsible. Although
you will own a master resell rights license to resell this package, you are not allowed to
claim that you are the creator of these templates, nor the copyright holder.
Templatedeals.com is a copyright owner of these templates and is granting you this master
resell license to resell the templates in this package with master resell rights and use
as you wish as long as the terms and conditions are followed. If you are ever removed from our database and/or lose your Master Resell License you will only be entitled to a royalty free license on the 30 High Quality PSD Templates Resell Pak. This is done by changing the registration number to yours so that the seal can reflect your own unique information. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone that tries to defraud us or violates any of our specified terms, including but not limited to the use of eBay's Vero Program to have auctions ended and users suspended who do not follow our license terms.
